Absztrakt:
Az ápolás interperszonális aspektusaival foglalkozó szakirodalom szerint az ápoló-beteg interakciók elsődleges fontosságúak a beteg együttműködése, és az ellá- tással való elégedettsége szempontjából. A kórházmenedzsment szempontjából az ápoló-beteg interakci- ók az ellátás minőségének meghatározó tényezői, melyek jelentős hatással lehetnek az adott intézmény minőségi mutatóira. Tanulmányunk célja az ápoló-beteg interakciók néhány kiemelt fontosságú elemével, a szereplők erőviszonyaival és az interakciók időtartamával kapcsolatos kutatási eredmények áttekintése. Elemzé- sünk alapján az interakciókat az ellátás olyan elemének gondoljuk, melynek fejlesztése csekély anyagi ráfordí- tás mellett jelentősen növelheti az intézménnyel kapcsolatos elégedettséget.
Abstract:
According to the nursing literature, the nurse-patient interactions are the most important factors of the patient’s compliance and of his/her satisfaction with the health care. From the hospital management’s point of view, these interactions are determining elements of quality of care, which could strongly affect the institution’s quality indicators. The aim of our study is to review the previous studies about the most important attributes of nurse-patient interactions, like the persons’ power relations and the duration of the relationship. Based on the results of the review, we consider that interactions are elements of health care improvement which could significantly raise the patient’s satisfaction rates with low financial expenses.
