A jelenlegi egészségügyi ellátó környezetben, melyet feszített pénzügyek, megnövelt adatigény és változó mértékű személyzethiány jellemez, komoly kihívást jelent a műtői hatékonyság növelése a menedzsmentek számára. Tanulmányunkban a nemzetközi irodalom alapján azon összetevőket gyűjtöttük össze, amelyek befolyásolják a műtők hatékony működését. Az egyes szempontok után a magyarországi problémákra ajánlunk megoldási javaslatokat.

Abstract:

In the actual healthcare system, characterised by difficult financial situation, increased need of data and personal shortage of varying degree, the increase of operating rooms (OR) efficiency represents a serious challenge for managements. In our article we collected the possible factors characterising the efficient function of ORs from the international literature. After discussing the different aspects in this matter we propose some solutions for the problems identified in Hungary.
