Absztrakt:
Abstract:
The escalating problem of antibiotic resistance reached the level of global crisis today. In order to con – trol the situation, broad scale cooperation of the orga – nizations involved is of utmost importance from the family physician’s office to governments, even the UN. We could see resistance factors showing up at particular points of the world later disseminating the planet raising the possibility of the occurance of the pre-antibiotic era. The over- and misuse of antibiotics is widespread not only in clinical practice but also in animal farming. The high quantities of antibiotics finally end up in the en – vironment (soil, rivers) and drinking water. It persistantly keeps the bacterial ecosystem affected by generating resistance factors. This process is enhanced by sewage treatment plants that efficiently propagate antibacterial resistance. The biological and real financial costs of antibiotic use only takes shape now.
