Egri modell – Út az esetszintű kontrollingig

Absztrakt:

A szerző bemutatja, hogy a Markhot Ferenc Kórház hogyan alakította ki előbb a szervezeti egység szintű kontrolling rendszerét, majd ezt követően hogyan, milyen módszerek alkalmazásával az esetszintű kontrolling rendszert. A szerző felhívja a figyelmet, hogy a Markhot Ferenc Kórházban évek óta alkalmazott eljárásrendek alkalmasak arra, hogy feltárják a kórházak eladósodásának okait. kiterjesztésével az Egri modell alkalmas arra, hogy a HBCs revízióhoz tényadatokat szolgáltasson, továbbá, hogy tényadatokra alapozva ki lehessen alakítani a magyarországi fekvőbeteg ellátórendszer átalakításának koncepcióját.

Abstract:

The author presents the way how the Markhot Ferenc Hospital set up its organizational level controlling system as well as that methods were applied for building of case-level controlling after the completion of the first step. The author draws attention to the fact that proce – dures applied at the Markhot Ferenc Hospital for many years are suitable for exploring the causes of the indebtedness of hospitals. Extension of model introduced in Eger is able to provide factual data for revision the Hungarian DRG system (HBCs) furthermore it is suitable for developing the concept of the restructuring of the Hungarian inpatient care system based on factual data.
