HEFOP 4.4 keretében bevezetett informatikai rendszer tapasztalatai

Absztrakt:

A szerző ebben a cikkben a HEFOP 4.4 informatikai projekt tapasztalatait írja le egy konkrét kórházi rendszer bevezetés példáján keresztül. Részletesen bemutatja a pályázat körülményeit, a kórházakban és a megoldásszállító cégeknél jelentkező erőforrás – ezen belül humánerőforrás – hiányosságokat és problémákat. A cikk második felében egy konkrét kórházi megvalósítást mutat be, hangsúlyozva az átfogó tervezés és az új rendszer megfelelő működéséhez elengedhetetlen, korszerű infrastruktúra szükségességét. Összefoglalásként az új rendszer bevezetésétől elvárt előnyöket ismerteti, mind az ellátást igénybevevő betegek, mind pedig az ellátó személyzet szemszögéből.

Abstract:

The aim of this article to share the author’s experience with the HEFOP 4.4 a project on informatics targets building up an inter-institutional telemedicinal network among Hungarian hospitals in order to be able to give a right answer to the upcoming challenge that shortage of experienced physicians will mean for the country soon. Through real life examples, the author shares those problems and difficulties that typically happen when a new informatics system is implemented, such as resources allocation problems and insufficiencies in terms of experienced human resources. The second part of this article gives a real life case study as an example of installing a complete hospital informatics system, emphasizing the role of conscious planning and the need for a modern infrastructure as necessary condition to be able to build up a wellfunctioning system. At the end, the author summarizes the expected advantages of the new system from both, the patients’ and as well the service provider staff’s perspective.
